1. Please log into Family Access using your Username and Password. If you aren't sure what your Username is, please go to the Getting Started section.
2. You will see the message below at the top of Family Access if the AUP has not been accepted. You can either click the link in the message or use the Online Forms menu item on the left to access the AUP form.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the form and check the box to agree to the terms of the AUP. Once checked, you can click the "Complete Step 1 and move to Step 2" button to continue.
4. On the final screen click the "Submit Acceptable Use Policy" button to complete the process.
5. Click the "Online Forms" menu item you want to make sure the form is completed.
