We have changed how our licenses are handled with Adobe. Because of that, everyone will need to install an updated Creative Cloud client on their device.
If you are outside the building you will need to make sure Global Protect is currently connected.
1. Open your start menu, or use the search bar at the bottom, and type Software. You should get the window below. Click on Software Center.
*If you see any error messages while launching the software center please contact the helpdesk
2. Go to the applications section on the Left, and then click on the Creative Cloud Self-Service option.
3. If it is not currently installed, click Install on the following page
It will begin installing.
*Please do not close any black boxes pop up during install.
5. Once completed, you should see the window below. Please contact the helpdesk if you see a window that says failure instead of success.
